Madison in the gold room and Marine at the pool are incredible. So friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces their customer service service is over the top. Marine remembered my name and drink from my last trip! Can’t wait to come back!!! !!!

Privado Villas - Best Team Ever!

We take a few minutes to report that we have traveled far and wide and but here at Privado Villas at the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess we never had such fabulous service, care, and attention to detail. Every single person has sent the message- “there is nothing we won’t/can’t do you for you. To name some: 1- Fiat and foremost , Rooms Manager Valerie Gonzales and the Private Consierges Luca Vaccarella, and Chana Barksake, and the bellmen. Pete, Eric, and Robert . The arrival experience was over the top and superb. Sincerely Judith Judd, Allison Meyer, and Alexis Meyer.

My wife accompanied me on this business trip. We had an excellent time. The Fairmont is conveniently situated near Old Town and provides excellent restaurants and other amenities such as walking paths, golf and pools...................

The pillows and bed were great. The room was big enough and very clean. The staff was amazing and the grounds were very well maintained. The restaurants and bar had great selections. Unfortunately the price is a bit high but it was a beautiful place.

Great Staff, Horrible hour for the restaurants

The staff were very nice. But I was disappointed at how early the restaurants closed. Many evenings they closed long before the times posted on the website. It is ridiculous that a nice resort such as the Princess insists I make it the to restaurant before 8:30, otherwise I cannot eat dinner! It really detracted from what was otherwise a nice stay.
